Winter Party Menu 2019

This year’s Christmas party menu is a mix of my favourite Greek and French festive specials! This menu can only be pre-booked and I can take groups of up to 20 people. The usual 3 course Greek menu is also available for parties if you want to stick with the classics, but I’m afraid it’s not possible to mix and match from both menus due to the size of the menu. Booking policy

Not a very interesting post I’m afraid, but I just wanted to clear up a few things about my new booking policy. I’ll make it quick! At the moment I’m not open during the day, but I open from 6pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, providing I have bookings. While walk-ins are still completely welcome, it’s always best to phone and book, or check that I’m open, because if I have no bookings by 5pm on any day then I will be off making the most of my freedom 😉 That bei

Winter Update

Just a quick update because people keep asking when I’m closing for winter… I’m not! Well, I’m trying not to. Opening hours At the moment I’m open Wednesday- Saturday from 6pm. Booking is essential as weekends fill up quickly and on the flip side if I have no bookings by 5pm on any day then I won’t be opening. Menu I’m currently serving a three course Greek menu along with some festive specials. I’m also still offering the CellB early bird/pre-cinema special of 3 courses for

Greek Taverna at Caffi Kiki

“Do you know what? I actually feel like I’m abroad somewhere!” He didn’t know it, but the gushing tourist had just made my day. “Honestly, the smell of the cooking, the music, the atmosphere… It’s hard to believe I’m in Wales!” I smiled. This was exactly the vibe that I had hoped to create. From the first meze board that I carried out onto the sunny terrace last June, I knew that I was on my way to achieving it. Meze board My main concept when first designing the menu was to

Breakfast at Kiki’s

Breakfast at the cafe is an all-day event, with something to suit all tastes and levels of activity. Power yourself up for a day in the mountains with the Moelwyn Mawr or Moelwyn Bach full breakfast, which include Gourmet Welsh sausages, bacon, hash browns, poached eggs, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, baked beans, and your choice of white, brown or seeded toast. “The mountains are calling and I must go.” We try to keep this “naughty option” as guilt free as possible by grill

Parklife

Even though I was brought up in Blaenau Ffestiniog, I never really thought of the park as somewhere to go in my spare time. This may have something to do with the fact that my childhood memories of the place are tainted by stones thrown at me and homophobic slurs (how do bullies have such fine-tuned gaydars?)  But the park is no longer the teenage wasteland of my youth, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the keys to the pavillion to see how much it had been developed i

Kiki’s Cafe 2.0

The closest I’ll be getting to Bali anytime soon… Yeah that’s right. I’ve given up my life of zero ties and minimal responsibilities and decided to do a grown-up thing. I’m still not entirely sure why, but one day in Verbier I heard about this opportunity and I could just picture everything falling into place. Go home, have a purpose. Have a wardrobe. And a bedroom. And more than a backpack full of possessions. The more I thought about it, the more it seemed to make sense. I
